Jean DiMotto

Jean DiMotto writes haiku and creative nonfiction (literary essays and true stories creatively told) and does freelance legal writing. She has been a judge in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for more than fifteen years and has been a nurse for forty-five.

The creative nonfiction piece, “Reflections: A Mind in Search of its Moorings,” is an example of Jean’s braiding her writing with her nursing and judicial perspectives.
